Proposed Plan to Plan for developing our Strategic Plan for Technology in the College of Education:

Here is a space dedicated to discussing HOW
we are going to develop an answer to a question we've been charged with answering:
"what are the expectations and outcomes for online COE programs?" and providing feedback

Process: rather than blindly setting out to create a set of goals and objectives, it should be constructive for us to develop a little shared understanding of what the COE identity is related to online learning and to identify what is happening in the world around us relevant to this endeavor to determine where we are, what we have, and what is emerging as a set of opportunities and threats that best maximizes our strengths and minimizes our challenges. At this early stage of the planning process (planning to plan) we want to gain an open, positive, energized process that let's us SEE CLEARLY together the landscape before us.
